THE CLIENT FORM

The SRVAlync Clients/Contacts form allows you to enter, edit, search and retrieve information relative to all of your Clients (companies, individuals). In addition, information about each individual contact within a Client organization is listed.  Click on the blue callouts in the form illustration below for more detailed information.

Note that the “logo” will be your organization’s name and logo

Clients

Clients represent the organizations that form your customer base. Client information includes:

  • Client organization or individual’s name
  • Client’s current accounts receivables
  • Virtually unlimited telephone numbers
  • Notes regarding Client (up to 36,000 characters)
  • Follow up reminder
  • Client category (e.g., mortgage company--establish your own list. See the Customizing page for details.)
  • Both billing and general mailing addresses

Contacts

Contacts represent the people you deal with within the Client organization or may represent the individual Client. Any number of Contacts may be associated with the Client. Contact information includes:

  • Contact name and title
  • Current receivables associated with the Contact
  • Notes for Contact
  • Contact’s specific telephone numbers
  • A list of all jobs/tasks ordered by the Contact

 


The summary list of all jobs/tasks ordered by the Contact gives a quick overview of the Contact’s past activity with you. A unique feature of SRVAlync allows you to “jump” instantly to the “Jobs/Tasks” form to view the details of any selected Job or Task. (See the Features page for more detail.)
