Note 1: The basic program includes:

  • Client Management—organize all aspects of your customers and find the information instantly at any time.
  • Job Management—use the extensive location and customer order description features to record, locate and edit your jobs/orders, print work orders look up location history, track job type and status, etc.
  • Expense Tracking—collect your expenses on each customer order by individual employee time sheets, crews, misc. expenses or activity type.
  • Receivables Management—you have your choice of detailed or summary invoice formats that are automatically generated by SRVAlync. You may set tax, discounts and interest and may bill the way you are used to billing. Accounts are automatically aged and there are extensive receivables reports. “At-a-glance” features on the forms allow an instant overview of any customer’s account.
  • Reports—over 50 reports cover accounts receivable; invoices/statements; expenses; various client, job, task listings; employee time; work orders and other customer papers.

Note 2: The network system allows an unlimited number of workstations. Charges are based on increments of 5 users at $200 for each additional increment of 5 users over the base cost for the initial 5 user license..

Note 3: For a one-time charge, your organization’s graphic logo may be compiled into the program and will print on all forms and reports.

Note 4: The option cost is in addition to the base system

Note 5: The cost of the barcode tracking module will be estimated depending on your specific requirements. You may purchase your own scanning hardware or it may be furnished by DataLync. Average costs range between $500 and $800 not including hardware.

Note 6: The cost of the Payment Entry module does not include scanning hardware. You may use your own or DataLync will be happy to furnish it for you.

Note 7: The cost of the Universal Export Module is $275. Custom configurations, if desired, are priced separately (see the description on the Options page).

Note 8: Cleanup functions are included for Clients, Contact, Jobs, Tasks and Invoices.

Note 9: The charge for importing data from another database is based on the structure of the source database therefore each instance must be quoted individually

Note 10: New or modified forms or reports are quoted per instance and usually run between $25 and $125 per document (depending on complexity) one-time cost

Note 11: There may be a minor additional charge if custom configuration is necessary
