Updates and Upgrades
If you are set up with Internet service, system updates and upgrades will be available to you from your own private folder on this site. You will be given telephone, fax or E-mail instructions as these downloads are available. This method is used to give you instant access to updates and upgrades.
If you prefer, we can ship updates and upgrades via CDROM and “snail mail” for a small shipping and handling charge.
Training
If you have broad-band Internet available to a PC that is running SRVAlync, we can provide one or more real-time, interactive, training sessions with your personal. While the training is not absolutely necessary (many of our clients work through it using the help system), on-line, real-time instruction can significantly shorten the time required to put SRVAlync into effective operation within your company.
90-Day Free Support
For the first ninety days after your initial installation, we offer free, unlimited telephone support during normal business hours (see the Contact Us page for hours).
If You Have Issues after the Initial Ninety-day Support Period
We offer an Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA) that gives you no-charge upgrades as they are created during the maintenance period, free or organization identity modification (logo, address etc.), free minor report/form modifications if you require, discounts on optional modules and a continuation of the initial telephone support period throughout the maintenance period.
